Reserving the community center for your event or gathering can be a crucial step in ensuring its success. From family celebrations to community meetings, having a designated space can make all the difference. We will explore the ins and outs of reserving the community center, providing you with valuable insights and tips to make the process smooth and stress-free.
- Please visit the Heron River Website. (heronriverhoa.com) OR log into your homeowner portal (appfolio.com)
- Once on the website select the events tab on the upper right corner to see if the date you need is available.
- If your date is available, select the dropdown menu “Residents” and select “Documents”. Scroll down and select Heron River Community Center Reservation Form.
4. Read and fill out the form.
5. You can print the form or email it to Doug from CAM Property Management at info@campmid.com
6. Then, mail 2 separate checks – one check for 75.00 user fee and one for 200.00 (refundable
deposit) to: CAM Property Management at 3597 E Monarch Sky Lane, Suite 240,
Meridian, ID 83646. Please make checks payable to Heron River HOA and please put
the date of reservation on each check. This can also be taken and dropped off with
on-site management or in the mailbox inside the community center.
7. Once checks are received, your calendar spot will be reserved. Also, make sure to email Doug to receive the code for the back door before your event.
Now, through your residents portal (appfolio.com)
- Log into appfolio.com
- Once logged in, click on Shared Documents on the left tab
- Look at the homeowners documents. Select Community Center and download the document
TIP: When the day comes for your event, please utilize the door signs that are located in the back room along the wall. The signs will help minimize people from coming into your private event. Please return the signs and hooks once done.
TIP: Chairs and tables are located in the back room next to the kitchen.
TIP: The pool table can be used as a serving area. There is a ping pong wood cover in the back room that needs be used to place over the pool table. Please make sure NOT to move the pool table as it costs money to level the table properly.
