Dear Homeowners,

As you are aware, Park Pointe Management declined to fulfill their contract with Heron River HOA
leaving us with the task of finding a new management company. We contacted several companies,
narrowed it down to four, held interviews, requested proposals and checked all references. We met
again with the final two to discuss their services and view their software programs.
After much discussion we made the decision to hire CAM Property Management as our new property
management company. We were mindful of costs as well as their ability to handle a community as large
as Heron River.

You should be receiving a welcome email later today and by postal mail this coming week from CAM
that will include contact information, directions on how to sign up for your new portal, and other details
that will be helpful to you during the transition.We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but CAM has assured us that they will be working diligently to make the change as smooth as possible.

CAM will be onsite this coming Thursday, Feb 29th, from 9:00am – 2:00pm at our community center to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
