Homeowner Listening Session

Dear Homeowners,
I invite you to join me at the Community Center for some open dialogue. I have temporarily
assumed the position of President of your Homeowners Association. It is important that board
members and homeowners get an opportunity to speak and discuss activities around our
neighborhood. Since I am new to the position, this is highly important in such a short timeframe.
This is an opportunity for everyone to discuss areas of interest in an open format and what the
future holds for the Homeowners Association. The Heron River Board represents over 500
homeowners and, as volunteers, makes decisions in good faith for the HOA. I believe we must all
work together respectfully for the betterment of the entire HOA. Given the many homeowners, not
everyone may agree with all decisions made.
I intend to be at the Community Center at the following times:
Thursday, 6 March, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Saturday, 8 March from 9:00–11:00 am
Please feel free to stop by anytime during this period to meet me. This is an informal get-together,
no decisions will be made, and no meeting minutes will be taken. I invite any homeowner, including
all board members, to stop by.
