Dear Heron River Residents,
As you may be aware, your community met on Wednesday, May 29th for your 2024 Annual Meeting.
Unfortunately, there were not enough homeowners to meet quorum requirements. According to your
governing documents, there must be another meeting held not sooner than 10 days and no longer than
30 days from the original date. This date has been set to the following day and time.
This is to announce that the Heron River Homeowner’s Association will be holding their 2024 Annual
Meeting on Monday June 24, 2024, at 6:00pm at LifeSpring Church in Star, ID. This will be your opportunity as a community to get important information and updates regarding your community as well as address the Board of Directors with any questions.
There are 4 Board of Director seats that are up for election. The Candidates that will be on the ballot are as follows:
Lori Ogden – Sandra Blackwell – Rhonda Leslie – Diane Murdock – Flo Wheeler – Donna Hageman
If you would like to address the Board of Directors with a question, please arrive early and sign in to be included during the Homeowner Forum. You may also email any questions in advance to info@campmid.com.
We will be emailing an agenda prior to the meeting as well as posting it on the homeowner portal.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please fill out the attached proxy form and follow instructions
included. This will help you the opportunity to make your voice as a homeowner heard. Proxies
collected for the last meeting are void and will not be valid for this meeting.
